1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Approfit ("the Service"), operated by GTQ LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Approfit is a financial analytics platform for mobile app publishers. We aggregate ad revenue and ad spend data from third-party networks, calculate profitability metrics (profit, ROAS, eCPM), and present them in a unified dashboard. We do not provide attribution, user-level tracking, or SDK-based analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans

Approfit offers subscription plans with varying features and limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our website.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Pabbly PSB. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party ad networks and platforms (AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) via their APIs. You grant us permission to access these services on your behalf using credentials you provide.

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and API access
  • We are not responsible for third-party API outages, data delays, or changes to their terms
  • You must comply with each third-party's terms of service

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including ad revenue and spend data. We do not claim ownership of your data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to violate any third-party's terms of service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by GTQ LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for the accuracy of data provided by third-party ad networks

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTQ LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
