1. Acceptance
By using approfit.app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate info at signup and keep credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Content & uploads
You retain ownership of games you upload. You grant us a license to host, distribute, and display them on the platform. You must have rights to all content you upload. We may remove content that violates law or these terms.
4. Revenue
Revenue split depends on plan: 70/30 (Hobby) or 85/15 (Pro), dev share listed first. Payouts issued weekly subject to minimum thresholds.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations. Earned balances paid out on termination minus processing fees.
6. Disclaimer
Service provided "as is". No uptime guarantees. No liability for indirect damages.
